After registering on ckk, some profile details can be updated by you directly, while others require assistance from the support team.
Changing display name or nickname: Log in to the app or website → tap the profile icon → select "Edit Profile" → enter your new name and save. You can do this on your own.
Changing your registered mobile number: This cannot be done on your own — for security reasons, this change must go through support. Contact Live Chat and let them know you want to update your number. The support team will send an OTP to your old number to verify your identity. If your old number is no longer active, verification can be completed using your National ID number and other registration details. Once verified, the number is typically updated within 24 hours.
Date of birth or real name: This information generally does not change — if any details are incorrect, contact support and submit proof for review.
The minimum deposit at ckk is just ৳100 (one hundred BDT). This amount activates your account and lets you start playing Sports Betting or casino games.
Available deposit methods:
- bKash: Minimum ৳100, maximum ৳30,000 per transaction
- Nagad: Minimum ৳100, one of the fastest methods available
- Rocket: Minimum ৳100, convenient for DBBL customers
After depositing, your balance is usually credited within 1–3 minutes. A welcome bonus is automatically applied on your first deposit — to view the bonus terms, on the Promotions page Go. If your deposit hasn't arrived within 5 minutes, contact Live Chat Support with your transaction reference number — it'll be resolved quickly.
Ckk offers two types of regular bonuses — free spins and daily check-in rewards.
Daily Check-in: You earn a check-in bonus every time you log in daily. After logging in via the app or website, look for the "Today's Reward" or Daily Reward button on the home screen — tap it to claim your bonus. The bonus amount increases the more consecutive days you log in, and logging in for 7 days in a row unlocks an extra reward.
Free Spins: Free spins are typically awarded on selected slots games and come as part of a promotion. When you receive free spins depends on whether you're a new member (as part of a registration bonus), whether you've joined a specific promotion, or whether you've reached a new VIP tier. You'll get an in-app notification when free spins are credited — head to the designated game to use them. Free spins generally expire within 48 hours, so use them before they run out. Winnings after a successful bet Instantly Winnings are credited to your ckk wallet. For Sports Betting, they are added as soon as the match result is confirmed — usually within 1–5 minutes of the final whistle. Winnings from Live Casino or slots are credited instantly.
To withdraw funds from your wallet after depositing:
- Log in and go to your wallet
- Choose a withdrawal option
- Select bKash, Nagad, or Rocket
- Enter the amount (minimum ৳100) and confirm
After submitting a withdrawal request, funds typically arrive on your mobile within 90 seconds to 3 minutes — at the same speed day or night. However, large first-time withdrawals (generally above ৳50,000) may require KYC verification, in which case you'll need to submit a photo of your National ID and verification will be completed within 24 hours. Winnings earned from bonuses require wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal — see the Promotions page for details.
Ckk uses multiple layers of protection to keep your personal information and funds secure.
Data security: The entire ckk platform is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption — your login credentials, payment details, and personal data are transmitted in encrypted form. Passwords are never stored in plain text; bcrypt hashing is used instead. Your information is never shared with third parties.
Fund Protection: Members' wallet funds are held in a separate account — completely isolated from ckk's operational expenses. This means ckk can always return your money to you, no matter the circumstances.
Login Security: When you log in from a new device, an OTP is sent to your registered mobile number. After 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, your account is temporarily locked. You will receive an instant SMS notification for any suspicious activity.
Privacy Policy: ckk will never ask for your password via SMS or WhatsApp. To learn more, on the Privacy Policy page Go.
