You can deposit at ckk via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL Net Banking. The minimum deposit is ৳100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds sent from a third-party name or number will not be accepted and will be returned.

Where there is reasonable suspicion, an account may be suspended pending the outcome of an investigation.
The VIP program offers weekly cashback and monthly rewards. Cashback is generally calculated as a percentage of your net losses — meaning the more you lose in a given week, the higher your cashback. This amount is credited directly to your real balance, not as a bonus.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — the only exception is when using the Cash Out feature. ckk will not be liable for any bet that fails to confirm due to a technical error. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.
If a match or event is cancelled, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes refunded. However, in a multi-bet, if one leg is cancelled, that leg will be calculated at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs will stand.
Occasionally, incorrect odds may appear on ckk due to technical errors. ckk reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, with the full stake refunded. This is not a penalty — it is simply a measure to preserve the fairness of the system.
There may be a maximum win cap on a single bet, which varies by game or Sports Betting category. If winnings exceed this limit, only the capped amount will be paid out; the remainder will be settled at ckk's discretion. This limit is generally higher for VIP members.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at ckk. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of your balance:
The ckk security team monitors all activity around the clock. If suspicious activity is detected, an account may be suspended pending the outcome of an investigation.
You can close your ckk account at any time. Once a request is submitted to Support, ckk will process it within 24 hours. Make sure to withdraw any remaining real-money balance before closing your account.
As part of our Responsible Betting policy, you can place yourself on a temporary break lasting anywhere from 7 days to 6 months. During this period, you will not be able to log in. Once the period ends, you will need to manually unlock your account.
Ckk reserves the right to close an account for a breach of terms without prior notice. If a violation is confirmed, any bonus winnings will be forfeited. However, your original deposited funds will generally be returned.
